May I take this opportunity to welcome you to the official website of the Cooper Arms Homeowners Association.  We are a community of 159 historic high rise condominiums on Ocean Boulevard in the heart of revitalized downtown Long Beach, California. We are proud of the National Register historic property we call home.

To owners and residents who visit this website I want to thank you for your continuing dedication to preserving this landmark property.    To others, who share our passion for preserving the buildings and the culture of the 1920’s, I want to extend an invitation for you to browse this website and learn of the colorful origins of our building.  Being the first high rise residential property constructed in Long Beach, the Cooper Arms mirrors the vision and promise of local leaders of the post World War I era in Southern California.

I want to further express the appreciation held by many in Long Beach of the tireless work of Long Beach Heritage and the Long Beach Historical Society for their support of historic properties and their importance to the future of our community.
